Zertum Rental Homes is a Build-to-Rent investment model developed by Alvores, a business group founded in 2006 by Mr José Carrión Cáceres. Based in Almería, the group has extensive experience in urban planning management and in the development and management of large-scale commercial and logistics real estate projects across Andalusia. To date, this track record includes more than 12 projects and 105,500 m² of built area.
