Zertum is an initiative of Grupo Alvores, a business group founded in 2006 by Mr. José Carrión Cáceres. Based in Almería, the group has extensive experience in urban management, development, and management of large commercial and logistics real estate projects in Andalusia, resulting in over 12 projects and 105,500 m² of built area to date.
